Julie Needs, Executive Director, SOD Center
Julie Needs, Executive Director, SOD CenterNeeds is from New Galilee, Pennsylvania. She attended Beaver Falls High School and Clarion University. She has devoted the last 17 years of her 24-year career to Home Savings Bank in Youngstown and most recently as the branch manager in Salem, Ohio. Her career has seen her work throughout Western Pennsylvania and Northeastern Ohio in finance, sales and management.
Julie brings strategic management and extensive experience in the business world to the SOD Center, as well as hands-on know how working with entrepreneurs managing small businesses.
In addition to being active professionally, Needs is also involved in the community including serving on the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors as treasurer. She is an active member of the Salem Rotary.
She enjoys golf, travel and volunteering at Holy Family School. She is married with one child and resides in Poland.
