Q

Real Estate & Equipment Finding

Purchasing or expanding a facility?  Purchasing new equipment? A Commercial Real Estate or Equipment Loan may be what you are looking for.

A commercial real estate loan is a mortgage secured by a lien on commercial property. Commercial real estate (CRE) refers to any income-producing real estate that is used for business purposes; for example, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, offices, retail, hotels, and apartments.

Equipment funding works similarly by using the equipment as collateral for the loan.  Equipment financing normally has shorter loan terms than real estate financing.
