Kiersten Troutman has been writing professionally for 15 years, earning a Master of Arts in Composition and Rhetoric from The University of Akron. As an experienced speaker, she has presented for the Ohio College of English Association Spring Conference (2011), and hosts writing workshops in academia as well as for local organizations. In addition to writing for job seekers nationally, she teaches college writing and business writing courses at Kent State University at Stark where she challenges students to think outside of the box when it comes to composition.
