Advanced Negotiation Skills


This two-day advanced negotiation course is designed for experienced negotiators who want to enhance their negotiation skills and build their strengths. It is geared to professional negotiators who are already grounded in the concepts, principals, and skills of collaborative negotiation and want to improve their skills and style in order to manage complex negotiation.

This highly interactive workshop will focus on refining skill sets and using activities and role-plays designed to give you immediate feedback. Participants will learn how to deal with cognitive barriers, break through impasse, deescalate conflict, and increase negotiation leverage and influence. As a result, participants will leave the workshop with a more robust set negotiation skills and strategies that will lead to improved self-confidence and more effective negotiation outcomes.
