  • 5 Functions of a Supervisor: Planning, organizing, resourcing, leading, monitoring; SWOT Analysis tool activity
  • Skills Needed: Theory X and Theory Y management styles activity, good vs. poor manager activity, 9 essential skills card activity
  • How Does a Supervisor Think, Talk, Behave: brain science and supervision
