Event description:

This 2-hr workshop reviews the thinking and problem-solving processes taught to Army field grade officers. The discussion will examine critical thinking and meta-cognition as well as direct and operational leadership and how to apply these concepts to problem-solving in life and business.

LTC Wil Kline has served 32 years in the US Army and is currently serving as an Adjunct Professor for the Army Command and General Staff College. He has worked on numerous Joint Task Force headquarters at the strategic- and operational-planning levels in support of military contingency operations worldwide. He served as the Commander of a Civil Affairs unit in northern Iraq, providing support to stability and economic development operations. LTC Kline has attended courses in Joint Operational Planning, NATO Information Operations, and Crisis Action Planning among others. He holds a Master’s degree in Leadership and Management from Indiana Tech.
