Advanced Negotiation Skills

This advanced negotiation course is designed for the experienced negotiator who wants to enhance their negotiation skills and build their strengths. It is geared to professional negotiators who are already grounded in negotiation concepts, principals, and skills of collaborative negotiation and want to improve their skills and style in order to manage complex negotiations.                                                              This interactive course will focus on refining skill sets and using activities and role-plays designed to give you immediate feedback. Participants will leave the workshop with a more robust set of negotiation skills and strategies that will lead to improved self-confidence and more effective negotiation outcomes.
