Description: The purpose of this course is to teach a systematic approach to teams who are charged with the task of solving problems. This highly interactive workshop helps participants determine the root cause(s) and provides a process for solving the problem in a structured manner. Team members will gain experience in solving different real-life problems using the problem-solving tools taught in the course.

Tom Ault has a diverse professional background that includes 30-plus years of business experience in a manufacturing and services organization where he served in leadership roles in organizational development, business improvement and finance. Tom has also provided training and leadership development, operational improvements and consulting across the globe in 17 different countries. Tom has an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree from Baldwin-Wallace College as well as a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at West Liberty State College. His professional experience includes the Motorola Six Sigma Green Belt program, the Indiana University Leadership Diebold program and the Case Weatherhead Diebold Sales Leadership program.
